happy father's day

today is the day for all the fathers out there. however, we had an advance celebration yesterday for my dad because i was supposedly to go to work today. we cooked pasta and bought a cake for him ( a specially designed cake from red ribbon) that made my mom sigh in surprise coz when she opened the box she expected the usual cake. i know it made my dad happy. as for my husband today would be a very extraordinary day, not a happy day too, coz he just lost his best cousin, best bud. unfortunately his tied to his work and would have to wait til late evening tonight to see his friend. however, i think we'll just have to celebrate his fatherhood (hehehe) at a latter date. a very post father's day celebration.
